C grammar

Hello,

I am looking for a javadoc program for C. In fact, I have found autoduck
written by some one of
Microsoft. But, this tool is old (3 years ago) and I am not able to
compile the version I have get on NET.  (If You have some pointers,
thanks).

So, I am thinking on rewritting it. For this, I need to parse C code.
Where can I found a C grammar ? Does some of you have or test sablecc
for parsing C code ?
