Recoder is a Java parser and unparser. Based on JavaCC.

It does not generate byte coe e.g., but keeps an in memory repositry 
over all types/files etc. It supports undoable manipulation of the AST.

Its a real nice thing, unfortunatly with a high learning curve. 

I used it for my diploma thesis.
