[Soot-list] regarding soot-eclipse plugin

sir,
      i'm unable to install soot-eclipse plugin, i tried to do that using
software updates in eclipse by giving the url :
http://www.sable.mcgill.ca/soot/eclipse/updates/  but b'coz of network
problems i couldnot do that. will u plz suggest me some alternate way in
installing soot eclipse plugin ?
