[abc-users] Adding new precedence rules

Hello,

I envisage to add an extension to abc that allows more complex
precedence rules to be described. As I didn't find any example of an
overrided precedence mechanism in abc, I would like to know if
someone could tell me which parts, which classes or which methods
I'll have to consider?
