[Soot-list] Implementing FlowAnalysis

Hi,

Firstly apologies if this is a repost, I searched the archives but could not
find the topic.

I am new to soot and Compiler Analysis, I am tyring to implement the
SimpleLiveLocalsAnalysis provided in the tutorial. However I am stumped as
to what pack to add this to and the finer details of adding this to a pack
and then executing it.
