[Soot-list] Building call graph without "-w" option

Hello all.

Is there a way to build a call graph without performing a whole program
analysis via the "-w" option? I just want to do so for testing, because
generating jimple for all the JRE classes takes ages. Apparently "-p cg
enabled:true" simply seems to be ignored.
