[Soot-list] Soot FAQ

Hi all.

I have included a Soot FAQ on the Soot tutorials webpage:

http://www.sable.mcgill.ca/soot/tutorial/

So far it holds only two questions (and answers! ;-)) but I think we
should be adding more in the near future, as questions come up.

@Sablers: Feel free to add/modify whatever you like. The document can
be found in SVN at:
