[Soot-list] Use of -include flag

Hi,

Is it possible to use the include (-i -include) flag to include in the set 
of application classes the classes that are contained in some 
user-specified package? Or is it that '-i' is only usable for JDK classes 
that we would like to have included as application classes.

I am able to achieve what I want through the use of -process-dir, I am 
wondering whether -i could be used instead.
