[Soot-list] Use of -include flag

Hi Dimitris.

The documentation
(http://www.sable.mcgill.ca/soot/tutorial/usage/index.html) says that
-i makes classes application class that would otherwise be library
classes.


So in a nutshell: yes, that should work.
