[Soot-list] transforming library classes and running them

Hello,

I dont think if its exactly a SOOT question.

I tried to transform the library classes running SOOT. Now, how can i tell
VM to use the newly created lib class files rather than those in the rt.jar
?

I tried to set a CLASSPATH in such a way that it points to current dir first
and then to rt.jar. (Curr dir has the newly generated classfiles).
Can anyone help ?
