[Soot-list] Why Soot does not work for all projects in Eclipse?

Hello Eric,
thank you for your reply.
Ok, I will send you the project soon. But now I am trying to make the Soot
work using command line option.
When I run soot like:
java soot.Main File.Java
Soot starts, but then gives me an exception at java_cup/runtime/Scanner.
What is the problem?
