[Soot-list] In OS X: soot processing the runtime libraries

Hello folks,

I just got an email asking about OS X issues and soot. Specifically, the
user is trying to run JBCO on an application and soot is processing _all_
class files, including runtimes. Of course, the normal rt.jar file is
classes.jar on OS X - could this be the problem?

I looked briefly at the source just now, but couldn't quickly locate where
soot determines "library" classes versus "application" classes.

It looks like the user is doing everything else correctly on the command
line (re: soot CP, java CP, etc) and the program does run ok, other than
incorrectly processing the library classes.

Thanks for any quick hints,

Michael Batchelder
