[Soot-list] option to suppress inter-class analysis in Soot

No, there's no option for this. Maybe you could modify Soot yourself,
though, to skip these classes. Soot only loads the super-class
information from these classes to form a complete hierarchy.

I am not sure how useful a SootClass would be if its dependencies are
not loaded too. This really depends on your analysis problem. In any
case, this would require some intricate modifications to Soot. It's
not a simple change, so much I can say.
