[Soot-list] Upcoming Soot release

Hi all.

Unless there are any objections, I would be releasing Soot 2.4.0 by
Thursday the 25th. There seem to be no important open bugs from what I
can see. So if there's anything that you think should be done before
the release, please let me know ASAP.
