[Soot-list] soot/master build depending on Heros

I opted for the "build heros.jar from sources" solution :) 

> Did you try using the dev branch? They just switched to 'git flow' ;)

I guess right now dev and master have not diverged that much. 
Anyway, the gitflow states that the master branch should always be "stable".
