[Soot-list] soot/master build depending on Heros

Sorry, I was AFK...

You should build the "develop" branch of Soot and the same one for heros here:
https://github.com/Sable/heros/tree/develop

Let me know if that causes trouble. I should update the Soot website, I guess...
