[Soot-list] ColorTags disappearing in Eclipse

Hi,

I am trying to view ColorTags which I have generated for a source file
in Eclipse (with the Soot plugin installed), but when I load the
source in Eclipse, the highlighted code areas show up briefly, and
then the highlighting disappears. This seems similar to an issue in a
2008 post on soot-list
(http://www.sable.mcgill.ca/pipermail/soot-list/2008-December/002166.html),
and I was wondering if the issue has since been resolved in the soot
Eclipse plugin.
