[Soot-list] Get the run-time associated value at certain line(a more clear description for the previous question)

You should have a look at the PLDI tutorial on the Soot webpage:

Most statements are explained there. Also it helps if you have a basic understanding of Java bytecode. The statement semantics are quite obvious then, really.
