[Soot-list] reaching definition implementation

i am working on the reaching definition example provided in
src/soot/toolkits/ide/ .for that i want to implement reaching definition in
such a manner that the code will tell us like...this definition is reaching
at this program point ....can someone have any idea about how to implement
reaching definition in this manner.
