[Soot-list] PackManager after PackManager change the units/jimple variable and we don't want that

When running two PackManagers one below other and if running then one with 
constructcallgraph and other without constructcallgraph, then the names of 
variables are getting changed which is causing problem in comparison of 
units.
Please help to resolve this.
