[abc] state of ECOOP paper

I have finished a pass over the ECOOP paper. It fixed the figure
on bytecode vs. Jimple weaving to fit into one figure. I did some
tweaking here and there to improve things. I added explicit refs
to the AOSD paper and optimising tech rep in the conclusions. We
are about 1/3 page too long, but I'm not sure if it is worth a lot
of work to chop it out. There are a couple of things I added in
from ITD's and Ganesh's weaving that could be removed again.

Oege told me that Ganesh, Damien and Sascha might have a look.
I would like to submit it before 5pm my time on Monday (10pm UK time).

Please let me know when and if you plan to go through the paper.
