i'll look at it this weekend, I'm likely to be actively editing
sat+sunday at least. I'll be looking at intro + section 2 probably
tomorrow and then move on to the rest (I'm guessing the beginning is
the bit people will be changing least right now).

Btw it's probably best to try and limit the number of people
committing changes at the same time, otherwise we just waste loads of
time on conflicts... Pavel, do you want to send comments when you're
done, then we can coordinate a bit more. Ganesh and Sascha, any plans?
