[abc] ecoop length

Hi all,

We're about half a page over as it stands, and the compile times
section is set to get a little bit longer... While a page over is
probably not too much of a problem I guess it's best avoided.

Beyond the usual squishing of things / using shorter words, I think
there's a couple of places where we can shorten it by removing what
seems to be inessential material...

What are people's thoughts on removing these? Any strong feelings
about those bits of the paper? They probably don't all need to go, so
any preferences if one of them is cut?

  - p.5, in the declare warning example, could cut the printout of the
warning message (together with the last sentence of the paragraph
above)
  - p. 14, could remove the example in AspectInfo + code generation
section, replace with general point that we pass the this pointer to
the ITD methods in the aspect
  - p. 18-19, could remove the "synthetic advice" subsection (as seems
to have been done in the CC version)
