[abc] list admin stuff

Hi,

This list is now a (restricted access) majordomo list. Archives are
available at http://abc.comlab.ox.ac.uk/archives/private/ (and will remain
access restricted with the usual passwords once the rest of the site goes
live).

The other lists we have (-announce, -users and -dev) are now listed on the
website and I would encourage everyone on this list to subscribe to all
three.

A side-effect of the change to majordomo is that posting to this list is
now restricted to subscriber addresses. I could turn this off, but I think
it's a good long-term anti-spam measure anyway. One annoyance of this is
that you need to make sure the address you send emails from corresponds to
your subscription address. This is a particular nuisance for people in
Oxford, because of the rewriting the Oxford's various mail systems do to
email addresses. If the address listed for you below isn't correct by this
criteria, please change it by sending the following commands to
majordomo@comlab.ox.ac.uk:

approve engineroom unsubscribe abc old@address
approve engineroom subscribe abc new@address

Note that 'engineroom' is the admin password for the majordomo lists, so
don't let it leak to anyone else!

The list of people subscribed to abc@ is also the list of people allowed
to post to abc-announce@.
