[abc] prosper (LaTeX) style file

I've cleaned up the corners style file for prosper that Laurie suggested
so that it's compatible with slides that were formatted for the McGill
style (mainly by making the title smaller so it doesn't overwrite bits
of the slide). I also took out the little corners. The style file uses a
smaller text font than the McGill one, but that would be easy to fix if
we wanted to.

The result is at musketeer:~olhotak/PPRmycorners.sty
