[abc] Weaving side-effects wiki page

Hello all...

I've put the list of fields that are side-effected in the cflow of
abc.weaving.weaver.Weaver.weaveAdvice() on the Wiki at:
http://musketeer.comlab.ox.ac.uk/ProgToolsWiki/WeavingSideEffects

You can see all the various fields that are affected.

There is also a link to the aspect used to generate the list.

I've updated the aspect to also look for changes in Collections, and I'm
doing another run of it at the moment. I'll update the Wiki when that
finishes.
