[abc] Unweaver debugging switch

I've added a debugging switch to abc that makes it weave, unweave,
re-weave, to make sure that there are no inadvertent side-effects in the
weaver. This behaviour is enabled using:

abc -debug debugUnweaver ...

Currently, this causes 299 tests to fail. Ganesh will begin running the
nightly tests with this switch sometime soon, once we get some of the
unweaving stuff fixed. When we do, I'd encourage anyone making changes
to anything that may run in the cflow of weaving to test using this
switch.
