[abc] argfiles added to Ant task

I've checked in argfiles support for the ant task. The single laddad
example that uses argfiles (in a very trivial way) works.

I also checked in support for ajc's *other* argfile syntax. Apparently,
you can say both -argfile file or @file. abc now supports both too.
