Yes, I think all of the discussion was worth it, it is very nice.

We have to think what an optimized poinsettiacus looks like, though.

I will have Janey think about it (she is pretty bored at school, except
for the time they are working on their little robots ... which she
thinks is very cool). She got put in the "distinguished" category
for spelling, which means she has to copy out even more words than the
other kids ... three times for each word, even if you already know how
to spell the word .... sometimes I wonder what teachers are
thinking.... this is a typical example of "advanced" work meaning
"more of the ordinary boring work".

However, for the boring handwriting class I got her an "Oxford ink pen"
when I was there last week, so at least she can make it a little
more challenging for herself..... and she can doodle in her spare time.
