I've given up on finding a way of getting several people on the initial
notify list for a bug. I actually suspect that ajc may be doing it by
having lots of people watch Adrian, from the behaviour of their bugzilla
when I add a comment.
I suggest we use a variant of Ondrej's idea, and make abc@comlab.ox.ac.uk
be an account on the bugzilla that is the default owner of bugs. Then
we'll automatically get notification of new bugs, and will keep getting
hassled to assign them to people, and we won't even need to watch that
account.
Any objections?
