[abc] beginning of intro

I have put the first (very rough) crack at the intro, and have
added a bit more structure to the paper. We need someone to work
on "the main steps", which I suppose should include extensions to parts
that we don't actually show in our little extensions (like how to add
a new type of advice ... how to add an analysisi ...).
