I've just checked in an update, with a new flag
   cflow-share-thread-locals
set it to false to disable the third optimisation.

Hopefully it works, but I haven't been able to test it; i can't build
my copy of abc and i can't figure out why. It's a simple change
anyway, but if someone feels like testing it i would appreciate it!

we probably still need it - it disabled the once-per-method-body
retrieval of thread-local cflow instances (badly named flag i know) -
but there is no way to do that in 1.0.2...
