[abc] oopsla paper

Hi abcers,

Pavel, how is the performance stuff going? Which sections of
the paper might change with your new performance stuff. Do your
new techniques change the text of the paper.

All other authors, we need some proof readers. Who is available to
go through the paper carefully?
