        Please fix the following at your earliest convenience:

1. On page 18, top of column 1, you have a widow (last line of a paragraph at the top of a column), this is a bad break, please tighten the previous column or force a line over to eliminate this bad break.

2. On page 20, top of column 2, you have a widow.

3. Either your author names or the affiliation information is appearing in the wrong font or font sizes, please see:

for the correct set-up of authors with the ACM class files.

Then please review your submission/paper that there are no bad column or page breaks and resubmit new files ASAP.
