Yes that sounds like a correct setup.

Keep in mind that you cannot build abc using eclipse entirely: abc
depends on many classes that need to be *generated*. This can only be
done by running the appropriate build.xml ANT scripts in the different
project directories. Every such file comes with an ant.settings file
that you need to configure.
